Electronic Components

Used for hermetic sealing, coating, and creating insulating films for various devices.

Product List

Powder Glass

Widely used for hermetic sealing, protective coatings, and creating insulating films in devices.

Granulated Glass for Metal Packages

Glass for matching seals is used with Kovar stems and leads, while those for compression seals are used with iron or stainless steel stems and leads of iron-nickel, iron-chrome alloys or Kovar. Glass for part support is used for stand-off.

Tablet

This molded product is made by sintering powder glass. It allows users to choose from a wide range of glass options that best suit their needs. Since the glass is a sintered body that has already undergone debinding, it is easy to handle and eliminates the need for previous processes like coating.
It can also be used for areas that are challenging to apply or print on, such as narrow holes or thicker coating areas.

Powder Glass for Coating, Binding, and Sealing

This material is ideal for coating various substrates and components. The coefficient of thermal expansion and softening point serve as key factors in selecting the most suitable coating material. Additionally, it functions as a binder for a variety of metal powders and ceramic dielectrics, including those used in solar cell applications. The composition type and softening point can guide the selection process, ensuring compatibility and performance.

Composite Powder for Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics

Composite Powder for Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics (LTCC) can be fired at 870 to 900°C. This allows the use of gold or silver paste, which offer high electrical conductivity, for the inner layer conductor—resulting in circuit substrates with excellent electrical properties.

Low Temperature Sealing Glass

Sealing glass is made by blending low-softening point glass powder with special ceramic powder. By adjusting the combination and blend ratio of these powders, we can achieve a variety of sealing temperatures and coefficients of thermal expansion to meet specific requirements.

Glass Paste

Glass paste is a uniform dispersion of powdered glass on a vehicle.

Antibacterial Glass Powder

ZF-0 and DL-7900 are a new type of antibacterial glass powder, with zinc as their main component. Notably, DL-7900 offers higher antibacterial capacity compared to traditional antibacterial glass that is primarily composed of silver, allowing for a reduced amount of Antibacterial Glass Powder to be added to the resin.

Passivation Glass

Zinc-based glass maintains stable surface charge density during BT treatment with DC bias and temperature, ensuring highly reliable devices. Additionally, lead-based glass offers exceptional chemical durability, making it ideal for transistors, thyristors, and diodes that form electrodes with nickel plating.

Negative CTE Filler

Negative CTE Filler is a material that contracts when exposed to heat. When blended with resin, it helps reduce thermal expansion. Its spherical shape also enhances its ability to achieve high fillability in resins

Glass Frit for Laser-sealing

Glass Frit for Laser-sealing enables hermetic sealing of glass substrates and dissimilar materials such as alumina, LTCC, and silicon, as well as sealing glass substrates to each other. It is ideal for devices that require high reliability, as it prevents thermal damage to the device during sealing.

Powder Glass

Our powder glass is used across various devices for insulation, sheathing, bonding, and hermetic sealing. We develop and manufacture a variety of powder glass to meet specific needs.

Glass Tubes

Designed for light control and excellent processability.

Nano-texturing Technology

Allowings for surface modification without the need for coating.

Glass Substrate

Functional substrates tailored with specialized coatings and composition designs.
