NEG Combustion Control System

Enhances glass quality, boosting energy efficiency improvement, and lowering CO₂ emissions by optimally controlling combustion conditions.

The NEG Combustion Control System continuously monitors and adjusts the fuel supply, temperature, and heat fluctuations in glass melting furnaces in real time, ensuring optimal combustion conditions at all times. By creating a safe and reliable combustion process, it enhances the quality of glass. It also optimizes fuel efficiency, leading to significant energy savings and reduction of CO2 emissions, which helps lower environmental impact.

Features

In the glass melting process, raw materials are heated for extended periods at temperatures exceeding 1500°C. Uneven heating can lower product quality and yield, causing material waste, and rapid combustion can lead to safety hazards. The NEG Combustion Control System tackles these challenges by continuously monitoring furnace conditions and precisely adjusting oxygen and fuel supply. This ensures safe, stable heating, enhancing product quality and reducing resource waste. Additionally, by optimizing fuel usage, the system boosts energy efficiency improvement and lowers CO₂ emissions, contributing to carbon neutrality goals.
