INNOFIBER™ flat glass fiber is a chopped strand specifically designed for reinforcing thermoplastic resins, featuring a flat cross-section. In contrast to conventional chopped strands with a circular cross-section, it improves the dimensional stability of molded products and minimizes warping. Custom surface treatments applied to INNOFIBER™ flat glass fiber enhance impact resistance and provide a superior surface finish, offering benefits not typically seen in conventional fibers.

Excellent Dimensionality and Strength

By reducing the anisotropy of the molding material, shrinkage is minimized, leading to molded products with reduced warping. Moreover, the fiber length is preserved in the molded product, further boosting its strength.
