UV-C LED Sealing Lid

UV-C LED sealing lids are designed for optimal bonding, using materials like aluminum nitride (AIN) and alumina that share similar coefficients of thermal expansion. The glass component features high transmittance in the UV-C wavelength range.
Available in three lid types—thin, high-power and light diffusion (boasting the world’s highest light extraction efficiency)—each offers unique features suited for a wide range of applications. Based on your requirements, we can recommend the ideal combination of lid type and solder to achieve the best performance.
Features
-
Lid remains intact and durable even when joined with solder, using bonding materials (AIN: aluminum nitride, alumina) that share similar coefficients of thermal expansion.
-
Available in three shapes: flat, square, and dome.
