Glass Beads for 3D Printer

3D printer molding material

Micro glass beads, with a refractive index matched to photocurable resin, have been developed as a material for 3D printing. These 3D-printed products exhibit enhanced heat resistance, strength, and translucency.

Features

  • Improved translucency
Translucency is enhanced by matching the refractive index of the resin with the glass beads. The level of translucency can be adjusted by varying the bead quantity and its ratio with other additives.
  • Better heat resistance and strength
Being glass-based, it enhances both heat resistance and strength.
  • Uniform distribution in resin
By optimizing the size of the glass beads, we ensure uniform dispersion throughout the resin.

Applications

  • Temporary crowns
  • Various connectors
  • Jewelry
  • Simulation models for automobiles, aircraft, and more
